Pet Food Depot

Rude staff. We waited 5 minutes while the employee started separating bills in the till while we stood there waiting to pay. He didn’t say hi, I’ll be right with you anything. Storefront sign said to support and shop local? I usually do but with rude employees, we left without buying anything. Went to Petco, were treated kindly and saved $5 on the exact same item.

If you have checked the website and are going in for the DIY dog wash station, save your time, save yourself the stress, save yourself the stress and either stay home or go somewhere else. What you see on their website is absolutely not true for the Scottsdale location, but I had to drive an hour to find that out. There is no double enclosure for your convenience for a second dog. There is no door at all to separate you and your dog's howls from the rest of the store. As a matter of fact, there's nothing to even separate you from the the mop station for the employees. Go to the one in Phoenix or skip the whole thing entirely unless you have a yard yapper with no vocal cords.

What a nice pet store, and it’s locally owned! The selection of foods and toys is great. The prices are lower than other pet stores. I buy better, more nutritious food and it’s still a few dollars less. My dog trainer suggested it, I’m so happy she did.

Nice little pet food store. I got some beef jerky treats for my dog to try she loved them they kept her busy and only 3 for 4 bucks. I'd say I'd shop there more if they carried wellness core wet food pouches or Cesar shredded chicken. Also had alot of varieties of toys and the guy was really nice who works there

I lied, Scottsdale does do 1 more thing better than Chandler and that's food brand variety in their pet stores! 10/10 driving here for my dog food needs (ps I live in Chandler).
